ApexSeek

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 17, 2026

Short version: we don't track you, we don't store your searches with your identity, and we don't sell anything about you. The long version is below for the lawyers.

1. What we collect

Search queries: When you search, your query is sent to our search backend to fetch results. We do not store queries linked to your IP address or any identifier.

Server logs: Our web server, like virtually every web server, automatically logs request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse-prevention purposes. These logs are auto-deleted after 7 days and are never sold, shared, or linked to your searches.

Cookies: ApexSeek does not set any tracking cookies. We may use a single functional cookie to remember your safe-search preference if you change it.

2. What we don't collect

3. Third-party services

Search results provider: We use a third-party search API (Brave Search) to fetch web results. Your query is forwarded to this provider over an encrypted connection. We do not send your IP address or any identifier. See Brave Search's privacy policy.

Advertising: If we display advertisements alongside search results, they may be served by Google AdSense for Search. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on the search query (contextual targeting only, not personal profile). You can opt out of personalized advertising at google.com/settings/ads.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal data with third parties. We have no personal data to share.

5. Children's privacy

ApexSeek is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Because we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data for you to request, modify, or delete. If you have specific questions, email us at privacy@example.com.

7. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for at least 14 days.
