ApexSeek is a search engine that returns web search results in response to user queries. We aggregate results from third-party search indexes and present them in our own interface. We do not own, host, or control the content of websites linked in the results.

4. Search results

Results are provided "as is" and are generated automatically. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of any third-party site linked in the results. Click links at your own risk.

5. Intellectual property

The ApexSeek name, logo, interface design, and source code are owned by us. Search snippets and titles displayed in results belong to their respective publishers and are shown under fair-use principles for the purpose of indexing.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ApexSeek SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements. Ads are served based on your current search query (contextual targeting) and not based on a stored profile of you. We do not endorse advertised products or services.
